For legal entities, this type of financing provides the following advantages:
- VAT on the purchase of goods is deducted at the time of purchase according to the creditor’s account (from the contract price)
- Purchased goods are included in income tax expenses upon further sale. For fixed assets, expenses include depreciation based on their useful life
- “Margin” is included in tax expenses monthly as part of the payment schedule
- Simplicity in accounting (analogue of purchase and sale), accounting and tax accounting are the same using the accrual method on the general taxation system
Mudaraba
Business financing. Working capital financing. Project financing
We evaluate your existing business or project. We structure the form of interaction in terms of control over the implementation of the project/expenditure of funds and invest the required amount. Depending on the type of project/business, profits are distributed in agreed shares regularly or upon completion of the project.
Investment products
You entrust your funds to us. We use them with maximum efficiency. The results of investing funds are divided in proportion in accordance with the tariffs.
Income is accrued monthly. Income is paid monthly or at the end of the contract term.
As part of the opening, a single profit sharing coefficient is in effect for six months — 0.75.
Our investors will receive 3/4 of the profits generated by their investments.
AS SALAM will receive 1/4 of the profits.
