The capital intensity of projects accepted for consideration is ranked according to three levels:
- from 5 million rubles;
- from 100 million rubles;
- from 1 billion rubles.
Depending on the project and our interest in it, it is possible to consider financing the project directly with AS SALAM funds and adding it to the general portfolio of the company.
If the proposed project is not consistent with the current investment concept of AS SALAM, we are ready to offer cooperation options in terms of:
structuring a separate product line for our investor clients, accumulating funds directly to finance your project;
development of a product for raising funds for your project through our investment platform;
structuring and packaging the financing of your project into bonds — sukuk with the provision of underwriting services.
The choice of a specific direction of cooperation is carried out jointly with the client — the initiator (beneficiary) of the project, but it depends on a number of parameters:
capital intensity of the project,
the degree of its development,
areas of activity
etc.
