Funds are not raised in accordance with Article 2 of Federal Law No. 417-FZ of August 4, 2023 in the form of a deposit, and such funds are not subject to insurance in accordance with Part 1 of Article 5 and paragraph one of Article 5.1 of the Federal Law of December 23, 2003 No. 177-FZ «On insurance of deposits in banks of the Russian Federation».
