On 13 December 2024, in the capital of the Chechen Republic, the city of Grozny, an agreement was signed between AS SALYAM (Republic of Tatarstan) and the Sheikh Zayed Fund for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Support (Chechen Republic) signed an agreement on comprehensive cooperation in the development of the partnership (Islamic) capital market, the promotion and implementation of Islamic financial instruments in the business practices of entrepreneurial entities in both the specified regions and throughout Russia.
Also, at the invitation of the host party, the management of AS SALYAM took part in the All-Russian scientific and practical conference ‘Islamic Finance Industry: Trends, Problems and Prospects’, gave a lecture on partnership financing and answered numerous questions from students of the Chechen State University named after A. A. Kadyrov (ChSU).
Member of the Sharia Council of AS SALYAM Ruslan Radikovich Khalyullin: «We thank our partners for the constructive dialogue and the start of a great deal of work for the benefit of the business community that shares the principles of partnership finance. Our main task is not just to create transparent instruments that comply with Sharia law, but to make them accessible to all interested parties.»
