On May 15, 2025, as part of the XVI International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KAZANFORUM,” Gazprombank JSC and the AS SALYAM Group of Companies signed a banking support agreement.
The document was the result of a joint decision by the parties to develop infrastructure and a product line in the partnership financing market. The implementation of the agreement is aimed at increasing the efficiency and transparency of one of the key instruments of Islamic financing — mudaraba — which will make it more reliable and attractive to investors.
The joint work of banks and financial institutions with participants in the partnership financing market is an important step in the formation of a sustainable and customer-oriented financial environment that contributes to the development of the industry as a whole.
On behalf of Gazprombank JSC, the document was signed by Vice President – Manager of the bank’s branch in Kazan, Anton Anatolievich Fomin.
On behalf of the AS SALYAM Group of Companies, the agreement was signed by Chairman of the Management Board of AS SALYAM, Renat Anvarovich Edikhanov.
